Jambatan Kedua Sdn Bhd (JKSB), the concessionaire operator of the Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah Bridge (Penang Second Bridge), is seeking a qualified, proactive, and high-integrity professional to join our team in driving organizational transparency and ethical governance.

Position: Executive, Integrity and Governance

Department: Integrity & Governance Unit (IGU)

Location: Batu Kawan, Penang

Key Responsibilities

• Governance & Compliance: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the company’s Organizational Anti-Corruption Plan (OACP) in alignment with Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) guidelines.
• Ethics Promotion: Plan, organize, and execute integrity awareness programs, training sessions, and campaigns for employees and external stakeholders.
• Whistleblowing Management: Administer the corporate whistleblowing channel, ensuring secure documentation, preliminary assessment, and adherence to confidentiality protocols.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct periodic corruption risk assessments across operational departments and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive quarterly and annual integrity reports for submission to the Management, Board Governance Committee, and relevant regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Science, or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in corporate governance, legal compliance, risk management, or internal audit.
• Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent report-writing capabilities, and high sound judgment with absolute confidentiality.
• Language: Professional fluency in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
