Executive Internal Audit

Position Title: Executive Internal Audit

Location: Korangi, Karachi
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (alternate Saturdays off), 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Pre-audit factory payable invoices for accuracy, authorization, and compliance
• Conduct regular and surprise physical stock counts and reconcile with ERP records
• Perform data-analytics-based audits to detect duplicate payments, unusual transactions, and leakages
• Review production, material consumption, wastage, yields, and variances
• Audit stores, warehouse, and procurement controls (PRs/POs, GRNs, vendor invoices)
• Review engineering, maintenance, and factory expenses
• Verify inventory write-offs and ageing of slow-moving or expired stock
• Identify control gaps and fraud risks, and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective actions until closure

Requirements

• ACCA/CIMA/ICMA Part Qualified
• 2–4 years of Inventory audits and factory-based internal audit
• FMCG, food, or manufacturing experience preferred
