Executive International Business

About the Position: Executive International Business (Sales Operations & Partner Success)position will be a key member of our team in expanding our presence and driving sales in international markets. This role will collaborate with Strand sales team, channel partners and other key stakeholders

Key Accountabilities:

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for newly appointed Channel Partners during the onboarding phase & support them in resolving operational issues related to logistics, reports, billing, and customer queries
• Monitor business performance across assigned international markets and share actionable insights with Channel Partners (CPs) and the International Sales team to improve business performance by identifying growth opportunities, business gaps
• Maintain market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and customer feedback
• Coordinate with Channel Partners to obtain clinician feedback on genomic reports and arrange discussions between treating clinicians, Channel Partners, and Strand scientifi c team
• Ensure timely resolution of report-related queries.
• Coordinate with clinician clients to facilitate Molecular Tumor Board (MTB) discussions and case review meetings

Qualifi cations & Skills Required

• 3+ years experience in client sales/account management
• Graduate degree in science/ pharmacy/ biotechnology preferred
• Ability to independently manage deliverables
• 5 days work from office & 1 day work from home
• Profi ciency in spoken & written English language
