Executive Interviewer / Assistant

The Role

You will work directly with the CEO, primarily supporting calls with senior executives:

• Join and lead conversations with executives who have already agreed to speak with us
• Interview candidates who may be applying for fractional or full-time leadership roles
• Talk with leaders to gather insights for case studies, research, and podcast-style transcripts

There is no cold calling and no sales outreach. You will be scheduling calls with people who have either applied or expressed interest in working with us.

• Excel on video calls: You sound clear, warm, and confident, and you are at ease with senior executives.
• Stay organized: You manage scheduling, calendars, and follow-ups so nothing slips.
• Be dependable and discreet: You show up prepared and on time, handling sensitive information with care.
• Be coachable: You bring curiosity and adapt well to feedback.
• Learn fast: No specific experience is required. We will train you.
