Executive - Inventory

Role summary

To manage day-to-day inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock management, proper FIFO practices, smooth 3PL coordination, and efficient warehouse floor operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory and warehouse activities.
• Handle inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Ensure proper FIFO implementation.
• Manage bin allocation and stock placement.
• Coordinate with 3PL workers.
• Manage and monitor warehouse floor operations.
• Conduct stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Track batch-wise, ageing, damaged, and expiry stock.
• Ensure accurate GRN and stock transfer entries.
• Support inventory allocation based on order requirements.
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Fulfilment teams.
• Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports.

Qualification

• Any Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, E-commerce, or warehouse operations will be preferred.
