Job Summary

Orient Group, a growing jewellery retail brand, is looking for a detail-oriented person to support inventory and stock control activities, including record maintenance, reconciliation, reporting, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate jewellery inventory and stock records.
• Monitor and update inventory data in the system.
• Assist in stock reconciliation, verification and inventory audits.
• Prepare inventory reports using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with stores and internal teams for inventory-related activities.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure accuracy and timely updating of inventory records.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical ability.
• Good analytical and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a jewellery retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
