Currently, STL is looking for dynamic, hard-working, intelligent, and self-driven candidates for the following position:

Designation: Executive (IPQA)

Department: Quality Operations

Workstation: Rupshi Plant, Narayanganj

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor in-process quality and enforce GMP/GLP compliance across assigned production line.
• Review batch records, perform line clearance, and support batch release with adequate documentation.
• Handle sampling, in-process testing and non-conforming products.
• Investigate deviations, non-conformances and drive CAPA to closure.
• Coordinate equipment calibration, process and cleaning validations.
• Maintain audit readiness and train/supervise team members on quality requirements.

Qualifications:

• M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Biochemistry or M. Pharm from a reputed university.
• 3–5 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical or Toiletries industry will be given preference.
• Training on GMP & GLP will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Adequate proficiency in MS Office.
