About the Role

Executive - IR Experience : 3 - 5 yrs

Responsibilities

Statutory & Legal Compliance

• Maintain statutory registers and records.
• Prepare inputs for:
• Provident Fund
• ESI
• Income Tax
• Other statutory returns
• Ensure compliance across all manufacturing divisions.
• Coordinate statutory audits.
• Maintain original statutory records.
• Support labour law compliance initiatives.

Industrial Relations

• Maintain cordial employee relations.
• Address payroll-related grievances promptly.
• Coordinate employee engagement and IR initiatives.
• Resolve employee grievances in consultation with employee representatives.
• Monitor absenteeism.
• Issue absenteeism intimations.
• Process disciplinary actions.
• Support implementation of Standing Orders.
• Promote harmonious industrial relations.

Employee Engagement

• Coordinate employee engagement programmes.
• Encourage employee participation.
• Support welfare activities.
• Coordinate communication initiatives.
• Assist during organisational events and celebrations.

HR Digitisation

• Monitor Payroll Software (Ramco / Paycee).
• Resolve payroll application issues.
• Maintain Time Attendance Management (TAM).
• Monitor attendance and leave applications.
• Support implementation of Digital Work Permit Systems.
• Recommend payroll automation improvements.

Documentation & MIS

• Maintain payroll records.
• Generate HR MIS reports.
• Maintain employee documentation.
• Prepare management reports.
• Support internal and statutory audits.

Safety & 5S

• Promote workplace safety.
• Create awareness on safety standards.
• Create awareness on 5S practices.
• Interact with employees regularly.
• Improve safety culture.
• Nominate 5S champions.
• Monitor 5S audit scores.
• Present improvement reports.
