Executive - IT Access Management

Role & responsibilities

• Manage access requests for various in-scope applications as part of the IT Access Management process.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding by ensuring timely provisioning and de-provisioning of system access.
• Perform IT audit testing for assigned applications and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Coordinate with team members and process owners to gather required information and meet audit timelines.
• Review and maintain documentation for access management controls and related processes.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, and general IT operations.
• Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in D365 and support invoice submission activities.
• Provide basic IT, desktop, and application support as required.
• Monitor network devices and links, escalating issues where necessary.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant role

• Understanding of IT access management principles and user lifecycle processes.

• Basic technical knowledge of hardware, software, and IT support.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to follow processes, document findings, and adhere to timelines.

• Willingness to learn and grow within IT operations and audit-related activities.
