- Maintain and troubleshoot HIS/HMS and other hospital software.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions.
- Ensure data security, antivirus protection, backups, and recovery.
- Support CCTV, biometric, access control, IP phones, and other IT systems.
- Maintain IT assets, software licenses, AMC, and warranty records.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers.
- Monitor system performance and minimize downtime.
- Maintain IT documentation, logs, and reports.
- Support IT audits, compliance, and hospital accreditation requirements.
- Provide emergency IT support for critical hospital systems.
