Executive IT

Experience: 5–15 years of relevant experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise:

• Manage and maintain Apple systems, devices, and IT infrastructure across the school.
• Handle networking, servers, hardware, software, and system troubleshooting to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage and support ERP/HRMS and other technology platforms used by the school.
• Ensure effective IT support for academic, administrative, and operational teams.
• Monitor system performance, security, backups, and data connectivity.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for technical support and maintenance.
• Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, systems, licenses, and equipment.
• Identify technical issues proactively and implement effective solutions to minimize disruptions.

Eligibility:

• 5–15 years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Apple systems, IT infrastructure, networking, and ERP platforms.
• Prior experience in a school/education environment is essential.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple IT requirements efficiently in a fast-paced school environment.
