• Provide day-to-day IT support to all departments and employees.
• Maintain and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure and maintain operating systems, software and required applications.
• Monitor and maintain office network, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi and related devices.
• Support company software, ERP/CRM and other business applications.
• Coordinate with software/IT service providers for technical issues, updates and maintenance.
• Maintain IT assets, software licenses and related records.
• Ensure regular data backup and basic data security practices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and user-related technical problems.
• Assist in CCTV, access control and other office technology systems when required.
• Provide technical support during meetings, seminars and other company events.
• Maintain proper documentation of IT issues, maintenance and equipment.
• Perform any other IT-related duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years
• Education: bachelor of science in information technology (it)
• Skills: it support, technical-support, administrative support, computer maintenance, technical support, help desk support
