Executive IT Operation & Maintenance Engineer

The Position:
This junior-level role focuses on foundational IT operations, maintenance, and database support for enterprise business systems. The Junior Engineer will assist in routine system monitoring, execute basic SQL queries for troubleshooting, and leverage bilingual communication skills (English and Mandarin) to support cross-regional IT operations.

The Responsibilities of the Role:

• Provide daily IT operations and maintenance support for company business systems and database environments.
• Execute standard SQL queries for basic data extraction, reporting, and system health checks.
• Assist senior engineers in routine system monitoring, log analysis, and incident troubleshooting.
• Draft and maintain technical documentation and incident reports in English.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional and cross-regional teams using both English and Mandarin.

The Requirement for the Role:
Must Have:
o Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
o Minimum 1 year of experience in IT operations and maintenance.
o Fluent in Chinese & English (Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing) for daily communication and documentation.

Nice to have:
o Foundational knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server) and basic SQL query writing.
