Executive, IT Project

We are looking for a motivated and organized Executive, IT Project to support project planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, risks, and issues.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Identify potential project risks and support the implementation of solutions.
• Ensure project activities align with company standards, procedures, and objectives.

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in IT project coordination, project management, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Good understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with project management tools is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
