Executive, IT Support

About the role

The IT personnel is responsible for providing front-line technical support for all IT-related issues across the organization. As the first point of contact, the analyst resolves hardware, software, and network issues and ensures users can continue to work without disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure security and performance.
• Maintain a centralized IT asset inventory using tools such as ManageEngine.
• Log and categorize incidents received through phone, email, chat, or self-service portal.
• Create and track support tickets with clear, accurate updates.
• Install and configure hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and software (applications, operating systems) for users.
• Manage service request, IT incident management, problem management and change management.
• Provide first level technical support locally or remotely.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the correct hardware and software are ordered in line with organizational needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in IT support or related fields, preferable in healthcare industry.

• Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT Service Desk operations is preferred.

• Ability to work extra working hours especially during project implementation, company events and on Saturday rotation schedule.

• Effective people and good team player, ability to communicate and work with all levels of staff across organization & Independent and able to work well with others.
