Executive / Junior Accountant (Contract)

Location: Putra Heights, Subang Jaya, Selangor

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to handle all transactions and the full scope of accounting and administrative functions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all transactions and the full spectrum of accounting functions, including full set accounts, petty cash, payroll payment records, assets, inventory, costing and cash flow management.
• Handle audit processes and prepare management accounts.
• Handle customer administration, including preparation of quotations and customer sales invoices, customer collections, and vendor registration.
• Handle supplier administration, including accounts payable, payment enquiries and payment planning.
• Prepare shareholder reports and handle company secretarial (CoSec) matters.
• Maintain proper document filing and records.
• Handle SST and e-Invoice matters.
• Prepare separate accounting and management reports according to the requirements of different Directors and Shareholders.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience of relevant working experience.
• Hands-on experience in full set accounts, management accounting, audit, bank reconciliation, SST and e-Invoice.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Independent, organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
