EXECUTIVE / JUNIOR EXECUTIVE, CREDIT PROCESSING

About the role

Responsible for performing end-to-end credit assessment within the agreed Turn Around Time (TAT). The role involves ensuring all approved applications comply with eligible criteria set within SOPs, guidelines and policies, and preparing accurate calculation sheets in compliance with credit criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end credit assessment within the agreed Turn Around Time (TAT)
• Ensure all approved applications comply with the eligible criteria set within SOPs, guidelines and policies
• Prepare accurate calculation sheet in compliance to credit criteria
• Ensure proper verifications with employer/customer are carried out thoroughly and promptly
• Ensure all financing applications processed and disbursed are logged into the credit processing system/CMS correctly and in compliance to 60% salary deduction
• Maintain good relationship within internal or external parties to facilitate execution of duties
• Meet daily and monthly KPI set

About you

• SPM / STPM / Diploma / Professional Degree / Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Minimum 1 year of experience as credit processor would be an added advantage
• Meticulous, fast learner, able to work under pressure and desire to grow within the role
• Flexibility in working extended hours especially during peak operational hours
• Familiar with Financing Management System and CMS would be an added advantage
• Able to work with team environment and have good customer service experiences
• Able to start immediately
