Executive – Key Accounts

Job Summary

• Must be results-oriented and capable of consistently delivering assigned sales and growth targets.
• Manages negotiation with stakeholders such as buyers, category managers
• Ensures proper promotion execution, trade compliance, and monitoring.
• Assists in implementing category management activities.
• Manages assigned key accounts, including contract negotiations and trade spend monitoring responsibility.
• Develops and executes business reviews and joint business planning.
• Ensures profitable sales growth through promotions, assortment, and distribution.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 3–4 years FMCG Modern Trade experience handling key accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.
