What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Implement and maintain ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Laboratory Management System.
- Ensure compliance with all NABL criteria.
- Maintain Quality Manual and laboratory procedures.
- Control laboratory documents and records.
- Ensure continual improvement of laboratory processes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Laboratory Management System (LMS).
- Prepare and revise laboratory quality manuals, procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and formats.
- Ensure document control and record retention as per ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
- Manage day-to-day laboratory operations.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with proven skills and experience to maintain quality lab as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Laboratory Management System. Should have practical knowledge of NABL accreditation process, measurement uncertainity, calibration management, risk management and statistical quality control. Candidate must have good analytical skills.
