Executive (Labuan Operation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize financial software and systems to perform accounting functions efficiently.

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Ensure proper recording and classification of financial transactions. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

• Prepare financial reports and regulatory reporting.

• Arrange board meetings as required.

• Handle administrative and secretarial duties, including proper documentation, record-keeping and internal coordination.

• Assist in general office management and ensure smooth operational processes.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance / Actuarial Studies or relevant field, or ACCA.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, possess initiative and able to handle pressure and tight deadlines.

• A team player who is hands-on and meticulous.

• Good command in written and spoken English.
