Executive Learning & Development

We are looking for an experienced Executive Learning & Development to manage and coordinate L&D initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Training Need Identification (TNI) and Training Calendar.
• Plan and execute technical, behavioral, functional and leadership training programs.
• Coordinate training vendors, budgets, nominations, attendance and records.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
• Prepare L&D MIS, dashboards and HR analytics.
• Support Talent Mapping, Hi-Po Identification and Succession Planning.
• Assist in Career Path and Competency Development initiatives.
• Maintain employee training records through HRMS/LMS.
• Drive continuous improvement in L&D and Talent Management processes.

Required Skills

• Strong MS Office and Advanced Excel skills.
• HRMS/LMS exposure.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience in Learning & Development and Talent Management.
