• Identifying and assessing future and current training needs of factory employees.
• Prepare annual and monthly training calendars.
• Deploying a variety of learning interventions and methods.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for factory employees on a wide range of topics including technical skills, functional skills, soft skills, compliance, and leadership competency development.
• Coordinate trainers, participants, venues, logistics, and training schedules.
• Maintain training records and employee learning history.
• Coordinate with external trainers, consultants, agency, and institutions as per need.
• Monitoring and evaluating factory training programs and ensure effectiveness.
• Assist in implementing leadership, supervisory, technical, behavioral, and compliance training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare training reports.
• Support competency development and career development initiatives.
• Assist in building a continuous learning culture within the organization.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-6 years
• Education: bachelor of business administration in human resource management
