Executive - Leasing & Tenancy Administration

• To plan and carry out direct leasing activities in order to maintain and develop new leases for Sunway KL Malls in accordance with business plans.
• Maintains and expands retailers' database and prospective retailers.
• Plans and executes leasing activities
• Conducts market and competitor research, as well as customer surveys.
• To assist in the negotiation process for new and renewals of tenancies
• Responds to and follow up on leasing enquiries.
• Fosters good working relationships with tenants and attends to their queries and complaints accordingly
• To manage, organize and update reports related to tenancy agreements, master list for rental and etc.
• Monitors and reports on tenants’ activities
• To prepare e-memo for renewal and other related tenancy matters.
• To assist in supervising and managing the sales reports for retail lots, kiosks and push carts for the mall

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Marketing/Business Studies/Estate Management or equivalent
• Some relevant work experience or fresh graduate
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills with a good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to be based and travel within Sunway 163 Mall, Sunway Putra Mall , Sunway Velocity Mall and Sunway Wangsa Mall.
