Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Research and Analysis:Conduct legal research on various issues and provide analysis to support decision-making
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the organization
• Contract Review and Drafting:Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Ensure that contractual terms align with the organization's interests and comply with legal requirements
• Compliance Management:Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Develop and implement compliance training programs for relevant stakeholders
• Legal Documentation:Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, and records
• Prepare and file legal documents as required
• Dispute Resolution:Assist in managing and resolving legal disputes, including communication with external parties, attorneys, and relevant authorities
• Contract Lifecycle Management:Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to termination, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to deadlines
• Legal Support:Provide legal support to various departments, answering legal queries and offering guidance on legal matters
• Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary
