Job Description

The Patient Service Specialist (PSS) is responsible for providing frontline services to patients in the assigned unit/department. This includes patient registration, billing, fall risk screening, encoding of patient/diagnostic test data, managing inquiries and complaints, receiving specimen (if applicable), releasing results (if applicable), and fulfilling other administrative requirements of the department. Additionally, the PSS personally assists Executive Health Checkup (EHCU) patients throughout their scheduled procedures for both Inpatient and Outpatient settings.

Qualifications

Graduate of any four (4)-year course, preferably paramedical, healthcare, or service industry-related course
