Key Responsibilities [Logistics]

• Liaising with internal departments to ensure shipments are on schedule.
• Liaising and coordinating with shipping agents/ logistics company for shipments arrangement.
• Close shipments monitoring.
• Work with team members to complete duties as and when needed.
• Prepare monthly reports.
• Strong and persistent driver of continuos improvement for both services and costs.
• Responsible for the sales activity targets.
• Doing market studies and analysis.
• Rates sourcing and negotiation.
• Monitor supplier performance.
• Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
• The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure instruction.

Key Responsibilities [Purchasing]

• Manage vendor sourcing and selection, ensuring suppliers meet required quality, cost, and service standards
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost-effective procurement
• Evaluate and monitor supplier performance on a regular basis to ensure continuous improvement
• Handle purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures
• Follow up closely with vendors to resolve delivery delays, shortages, or supply issues
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to support operational needs
• Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders on packaging artwork development and updates
