What you'll be doing

• To undertake the membership recruitment and retention activities including developing and implementing strategies and campaigns for recruiting new members.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of members and potential members.
• Plan, promote and organise events and activities to keep members informed of the latest developments in legislations and government policies.
• Liaise with state authorities and agencies on regulations and policies affecting the manufacturing industry and maintenance of industrial estates.
• Provide advisory services to members on relevant government regulations, policies, incentives and procedures.
• Conduct surveys, coordinate meetings and prepare relevant reports.
• Assist in Certificate of Origin endorsement and barcoding.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or equivalent.
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience in similar field.
• Good problem solving skills, responsible and can able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with HRDCorp procedures will be an added advantage.
