Executive Manager - Facility Management (Ref: SSO/FM/EM/JDB)

Executive Manager - Facility Management (Ref: SSO/FM/EM/JDB)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with HOHCS’s vision and mission.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, design, procurement, construction, and handover.
• Review designs, drawings, and project documentation to ensure quality, compliance, and statutory requirements.
• Manage tendering, consultancy appointments, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary external teams including architects, engineers, QS consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Provide technical advice to internal stakeholders regarding new development and renovation projects.
• Liaise with government departments and authorities on approvals and compliance matters.
• Monitor project budgets, risks, variations, and proactively resolve site conflicts or design clashes to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop team members ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively..

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture or related discipline
• Member of HKIA or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience of which 5 years of practicum experience and 2 years of post-qualification experience
• In-depth understanding of relevant regulations, the local real estate market and/ or land administration procedures.
• Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
