Executive Manager, Strategy & Enablement

Responsibilities Octave seeks an Executive Manager, Global Enablement that will lead multiple sales enablement team members team with a focus on delivery of compelling customer facing content that gets used.

Responsibilities And Duties:

• Lead, coach, and develop sales enablement consultants
• Develop and implement scalable enablement plans aligned to GTM strategy
• Partner deeply with cross-functional leadership on planning and execution
• Drive measurable impact on field performance and adoption metrics

Competencies:

• Strong strategic and operational leadership
• Advanced coaching and talent development capability
• Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
• Strong cross-functional influence

Education / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or related field is desired
• 2-5 years’ experience in design & construction technology training or technical marketing
• Knowledge of AEC, Civil survey, and Manufacturing industries
• Expert hands-on knowledge of 2D, 3D and collaboration technology toolsets (Bricsys, Autodesk, Siemens, Dassault, etc)
• Ability to demonstrate value-driven workflows in Bricsys software for AEC & Mechanical industries
• Knowledge of sales toolkits
• Great problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with good organizational and time management skills
