What they need
- Executing daily production plans for tablet and capsule manufacturing to meet delivery targets.
- Supervising shop-floor operations in strict compliance with cGMP, WHO, and regulatory guidelines.
- Reviewing and executing Batch Production Records (BPR) with accurate online documentation.
- Operating and monitoring core OSD equipment including granulators, tablet presses, and auto-coaters.
- Performing strict line clearances and cleaning validation between batch production runs.
- Monitoring cleanroom environmental parameters such as temperature, relative humidity, and pressure.
- Reporting non-conformances and deviations while assisting QA in root cause analysis (RCA).
- Coordinating with maintenance for scheduled preventive checks and equipment breakdown repairs.
- Calculating batch yields, performing material reconciliations, and minimizing process waste.
- Ensuring complete shop-floor safety, proper PPE usage, and strict adherence to EHS policies.
- Assisting in process validation runs, equipment qualifications, and swab sampling activities.
- Facilitating timely QA line clearances and batch sample submissions for quality testing.
