• For handling lighter ship crews.
• Managing crew personnel records.
• Check crew attendance of vessel with vessel inspector.
• Coordinating onboard safety training (LSA/FFA).
• Assist to prepare daily vessel status and monthly freight/fuel consumption reports.
• Managing emergency responses for vessel accidents.
• Coordinnating with internal departments and external government/non-government offices.
• Any other task assigned by management.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years
• Education: bachelor of science in marine engineering (me-marine)
• Skills: maritime operations, ship management, vessel operations, shiphandling, fleet operations, administrative tasks, assistant duties, crew scheduling, vessel management, ship security officer
