Kinalta Group SA is looking for a Marketing Executive
to join our Cape Town support office. We're after a creative, design-driven marketer with strong written and visual judgement, practical marketing experience, and the initiative to turn ideas into action.
About Kinalta Group SA
Kinalta Group Holdings Limited is a UK-based investment group focused on considered, person-centred home care
. The Group currently owns two UK care businesses
, Gardiner's Homecare and Gardiners Live-in Care. Kinalta Group SA
supports these businesses from our office in Gardens, Cape Town, bringing the same focus on quality and thoughtful service to the work we do.
About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Executive
to take ownership of the marketing cadence across the companies Kinalta owns. You'll create and coordinate communications for both prospective and existing clients, helping build awareness of our businesses and ensuring clients understand the full range of services available to them.
This is a hands-on role for someone who combines marketing knowledge with a strong creative eye. You'll work across digital, social media, print and client communications — developing ideas, creating digital design content, measuring what works, and continuously improving how our businesses communicate.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and produce newsletters, client emails, leaflets, brochures, website copy and other marketing materials
- Develop and manage a consistent marketing and communications calendar across the businesses
- Create and manage social media content, including planning, designing, writing and publishing posts across relevant platforms
- Maintain a consistent and engaging social media presence across the Group's businesses
- Create engaging communications that help existing clients understand the full range of services available to them
- Design and create visually strong marketing materials using design tools and modern AI tools
- Review and improve website content and pages, balancing new ideas with what is already working
- Coordinate print advertising and offline marketing opportunities
- Produce practical marketing materials including calendars, banners, photography, team profiles, welcome posts and biographies
- Support recruitment marketing and the creation of candidate-facing materials
- Review the performance of marketing and social media activity and use insights to improve future communications
- Support the positioning and launch of new services as the Group develops
- Proactively identify new marketing opportunities and bring ideas to the wider team
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written English and the ability to communicate clearly with different audiences
- Strong visual judgement and a good eye for design
- Confidence using design tools and AI tools to create and improve marketing materials
- Confidence creating content for social media and adapting messaging and creative for different platforms and audiences
- Experience producing content across email, web, print and/or social media
- A practical understanding of marketing measurement, testing and optimisation
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Initiative and confidence bringing forward new ideas and opportunities
- A creative, curious and adaptable approach to work
- An understanding that marketing a service-led business is about building trust, reputation and relationships, not simply generating clicks or immediate sales
Advantageous
- Previous experience in a professional marketing role
- Marketing experience in healthcare, home care or another service-led industry
- Experience working with international teams
- Experience with website content management and basic website editing
