Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with RMG factories, existing clients, and potential customers.
• Conduct field-level marketing activities and follow up with clients to achieve sales and business targets.
• Prepare and implement effective marketing plans and strategies to support business and sales growth.
• Analyze marketing and sales data using Excel and prepare regular reports and updates.
• Handle customer and applicant queries through phone calls, emails, chat, and direct communication.
• Understand customer requirements and present the company’s products and services in an appropriate manner to support sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to develop new business.
• Conduct market research, gather customer and competitor information, and support brand development initiatives.
