SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
- Creating and planning contents that aligned with the yearly marketing strategies.
- To prepare captions for each content and review with the team.
- Contents prepared are for internally and externally.
- Conducting per quarter LIVE TikTok, video, package posters, event posters.
SOCIAL MEDIA ENQUIRIES
- To reply enquiries related to packages, promotions and from any social media platforms
CMS (WEBSITE)
- To update website on new contents, hospital information, packages and consultants
GOOGLE REVIEW
- To share a good review on Mondays via IG/GB story.
- To reply with standard script (good review) and once case closed for (complaint review).
- To email complaint review to HOS, CCX team and designated person according to the complaint
KKLIU
- To ensure the validity of each packages/promotion
- To prepare and submit all documents and KKLIU application
