Executive - Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing activities across both online and offline channels in alignment with the brand direction

• Support promotional campaigns for retail stores and other sales channels

• Oversee content creation in collaboration with the team (social media, campaigns, in-store materials)

• Coordinate with graphic designers, agencies, and suppliers for the production of marketing materials

• Analyze campaign performance such as sales results, reach, and engagement

• Support the development of the marketing calendar and execution of promotional events and activations

• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to generate new ideas and opportunities

• Prepare performance reports and present marketing results to management

• Support other marketing-related tasks as assigned

  Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing (experience in retail, lifestyle, or beauty industry is an advantage)

• Basic understanding of both online and offline marketing activities

• Proficient in using social media platforms and basic marketing tools

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Creative mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines

• Experience with basic design tools (e.g., Canva) or basic data interpretation is an advantage

• Strong teamwork skills and high level of responsibility
