Requirement:

1. Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay (spoken and written). Fluency in Mandarin (read & write) is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and AI tools.

3. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

4 Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Process export orders and ensure smooth coordination with internal departments to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules.

2. Promote the company’s products through various marketing channels, including online and offline marketing activities.

3. Conduct market research to analyze competitors’ activities, understand customer preferences, identify market trends, and manage customer enquiries and relationships.

4. Assist in product development, coordinate marketing campaigns and events, and manage customer visits to the company.

5. Present and explain the company’s products effectively to customers by providing accurate product information, highlighting product features and benefits, addressing enquiries, and recommending suitable solutions based on customer needs.
