Executive- Marketing Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

1. Track and update marketing-related transactions and maintain MIS.
2. Handle SAP operations and commercial processing.
3. Coordinate with Finance, SAP, IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
4. Prepare and process PR/POs.
5. Coordinate with the frontline sales team for POSM and influencer meet gift stocks.
6. Manage stock allocations and coordinate dispatches.
7. Ensure timely follow-up and closure of marketing-related requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Intermediate Excel skills, SAP operations, MIS reporting, PR/PO processing, commercial coordination, vendor coordination, stakeholder management, and good communication/follow-up skills.

Relevant experience in Marketing Operations / Sales Coordination / Commercial Operations; preferably 13 years
