SAP PP Module

1. Finalize & release Manufacturing Plan by which fulfil sales/Market demand (One Month firm & two month tentative) with commitment dates/Inspection dates by considering production capacity and Material availability.

2. Get the forecast from marketing & release it with the purchase function.

3. Coordination closely with various departments like Marketing, Design, Purchase, Production & QA team for smooth execution.

4. Monitor Material availability and manage operation constraints

5. Maintain SAP S4 HANA- PP and MRP related Master data like BOM, routing, material costing, Material Costing & Sales order costing.

6. Monitor various MIS, such as daily production, Dispatch reports, inventory, process, Process & personnel cost.

7. Streamline the systems and Procedures for effective inventory control, to ensure the availability of material to meet the production targets.

8. Review long lead, Import components with buyers.

9. Proficient in Management Presentation

10. Support continuous improvement initiatives within operations
