Executive Material Control

• Monitoring and checking incoming scrap documents
• Prepare monthly closing activities
• Prepare an incentive letter and file documentation
• Prepare a scrap PO to the scrap supplier
• Coordinate with the Weighbridge Department and the supplier
• Prepare the operation table planning
• Forward shipping document to the Forwarder
• Assist in checking and printing the invoice from the supplier

Job Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of working experience in the respective field
• Possess a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, and above
• Language Proficiency: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
• Willing to work in the steel manufacturing industry with minimal supervision
