As a Executive (Medical Affairs), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide administrative and coordination support to senior clinical and nursing leadership.
• Manage calendars, appointments and schedules for department heads.
• Coordinate meetings, including logistics, materials and meeting minutes.
• Maintain departmental records, reports, policies and documentation.
• Support departmental projects, operational initiatives and process improvements.
• Coordinate leave administration and resolve manpower or scheduling conflicts.
• Prepare and maintain medical duty, shift and on-call rosters.
• Support onboarding and system access arrangements for new clinical staff.
• Maintain nursing manpower records and verify monthly shift allowances.
• Supervise administrative support staff and coordinate essential nursing supplies.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in any field of studies.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Work experience in healthcare industry will be an advantage.
