What they need
About you
As the Executive, Network Standards & Development, you are the primary enforcer and facilitator of CARSOME’s dealership standards. You support the Head of Department in executing the strategic roadmap, ensuring that every branch strictly adheres to our physical and operational "DNA".
You will serve as the bridge between the strategic vision and ground-level reality, frequently travelling to sites to conduct audits, manage contractors, and ensure the "CARSOME Experience" is consistent, compliant, and seamless.
Your Day-to-day
1. Standards Compliance & Auditing (The "Enforcer")
- Conduct scheduled and surprise visits to branches to ensure compliance against the Dealership Standard Checklist.
- Identify non-compliance issues and issue rectification notices to Branch Managers. Track these issues until they are resolved.
- Monitor ground-level adherence to the standardized workflows to ensure the customer journey remains consistent.
2. Network Expansion & Project Coordination
- Assist in the end-to-end setup of new branches. Coordinate with contractors, IT, and Admin teams to ensure utilities, furniture, and digital tools are installed and tested before launch.
- Support the facility transformation projects for Key Branches and Hybrid Branches. Monitor contractor progress against timelines and report any delays or quality issues to the Head of Department.
- Serve as the day-to-day liaison with fit-out partners, signage suppliers, and maintenance vendors to ensure they deliver according to CARSOME’s automotive retail specifications.
3. Customer Journey, Experience & Operational Support
- flow and identify friction points in the Buy/Sell/After-sales processes.
- Ensure that all "Amplifying Trust" elements are visible and functional in every branch.
- Verify that in-branch sales tools are functioning correctly and integrated into the physical space as intended.
4. Administrative & Data Management
- Maintain an up-to-date master list of all branch assets (furniture, equipment, signage) to support inventory management and cost control.
- Compile data on branch compliance scores, rectification turnaround times, and project status for the Head of Department’s weekly management reports.
- Maintain the central repository of approved branch designs, SOPs, and vendor contracts.
Your Know-How
- Industry Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, Franchise Compliance, or Project Coordination.
- Experience in the automotive or chain-retail industry is a strong plus.
- Ability to enforce standards with Branch Managers and contractors while maintaining professional working relationships.
- Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel frequently to nationwide outlets.
