Industry: Commercial & Residential Mortgage Firm
Our organization is an international mortgage company serving elite commercial and residential clientele across the globe. We are expanding our Orlando operations and seeking an exceptional, high‑caliber Executive Office Concierge — a polished professional who thrives in excellence, takes full ownership of the office environment, and operates as the right hand to ownership and leadership.
This is not a basic administrative role.
This is a command‑center position for someone who is sharp, organized, proactive, and confident — someone who elevates the entire operation simply by being in the room.
The Role: High Expectations. High Impact.
The Executive Office Concierge is the heartbeat of our operations — the individual who ensures the office runs with precision, elegance, and efficiency. You will support ownership directly, uphold the company’s professional image, and maintain the structure that allows our global mortgage division to operate at a world‑class level.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Full administrative support across all departments
- Data entry with accuracy and speed
- Professional customer service and follow‑up communication
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Reviewing applications and preparing client files
- Drafting letters, documents, and correspondence
- Gathering and organizing information in a timely manner
- Supporting sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Heavy paperwork processing and document management
- Creating spreadsheets and maintaining shared cloud systems
- Basic math and financial accuracy
- Maintaining a polished, organized, and efficient office environment

Technical & Administrative Excellence
- Strong computer and technical skills required
- Ability to type 40+ WPM accurately
- Mandatory experience working in cloud‑based systems
- Comfort using AI tools for writing, research, and efficiency
- Knowledge of office administration, filing, and record‑keeping
Professionalism & Presence
- Impeccable grammar, communication, and writing skills
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Ability to learn new client systems quickly
- Detail‑oriented with exceptional follow‑through
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment
- Strong organizational skills — exceptional is the standard
- Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to support multiple departments
Experience
- Minimum 1 year in customer service or administrative support (preferred)
- Office skills, filing, and document handling experience
- English required; Spanish is a bonus
