HIRING - OJT to the Executive Office

The OJT to the Executive Office will ASSIST in:

• Managing the CEO and President’s schedules, calendars, and appointments.
• Coordinating of executive meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups.
• Handling communications on behalf of executives with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Organizing travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
• Budget activities.
• Preparation of executive presentations, proposals and necessary supporting materials.
• Compilation and organization of documentation required for bidding processes and contract submissions.
• Sales reporting, research, and analysis needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Sales CRM and related databases
• Supporting other businesses aside from MTC.

• Willing to render at least 400 OJT hours
