Executive Office Manager/Project Manager/Executive assistant to CEO & CFO San Francisco, CA | Union Square | Onsite $100,000–$120,000 + discretionary bonus Exceptional candidates slightly above the range may be considered. We’re seeking an Executive Office Manager/Project Manager to support the CEO, CFO, and Corporate Office of a collaborative, family-owned enterprise in San Francisco. Yes, there will be executive support. But this opportunity goes much further. You’ll help leadership drive projects forward, create order from ambiguity, improve processes, organize information, modernize systems, and make sure important commitments don’t fall through the cracks. Think: Executive Assistant + Project Coordinator + Business Operations + Office Operations The right person is proactive, highly organized, emotionally intelligent, comfortable with technology, and energized by figuring things out.

Required Skills

  • You’ll Thrive Here If You…

  • See a problem and instinctively start thinking about solutions

  • Can take an end goal and run with it

  • Can navigate different personalities and leadership styles

  • Have excellent judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence

  • Stay calm when priorities shift

  • Enjoy creating structure where it doesn’t yet exist

  • Demonstrated experience improving a process, implementing a system, or driving an operational improvement
