St. Hilary’s Education Group has been operating private kindergartens, primary schools, and a secondary school since 2015, guided by its school motto: “Based on Virtue, in Pursuit of Excellence.”

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and well-organized Executive Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support and oversee key initiatives across our alumni relations, charitable activities, and scholarship programs, while contributing to the success of St. Hilary’s comprehensive development projects.

This role involves coordinating projects, managing communications, supporting leadership, building community partnerships, and ensuring programs are delivered effectively and professionally.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for community impact. Experience in operations, charity work, education programs, or corporate social responsibility is a plus.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Education and Experience:

●      Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Education, Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, Non-profit Management, or a related discipline.

●      Previous experience in school administration, alumni relations, charitable projects, scholarship programs, fundraising, or project coordination is preferred.

●      Candidates with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, together with relevant experience, will be highly regarded.
