What they need
岗位职责:
- 与国外站点沟通，根据指令联系发货人安排货物订舱，提货报关等事宜
- 及时跟进和更新出口货物的相关报告和状态；
- 能够独当一面，在货物发生异常的时候，协调客户，海外站点以及相关部门进行处理
- 熟悉各大航线操作要求
- 完成客户的个性化需求，比如KPI, REPORT 等
- 确保数据完整准确及时录入系统，包括装运数据，财务相关数据
岗位要求:
- 大专及以上学历
- 至少三年以上海运进出口操作相关工作经验
- 具备英语听说读写能力，取得大学英语四级证书或具有同等能力，英语邮件沟通无障碍；
- 熟练应用计算机系统软件；熟悉CW1系统的优先
- 积极主动，认真细致，沟通和抗压能力强；
