Key Responsibilities

All the invoice processing in WMS / raise the trip id in oracle / Ewaybill preparation / LR Preparation /

Arrange the transport for local despatch / Work allocate to labour , Security, Supervisor / Labour security attendance maintaining

As per SOC Cut off time Dispatch communication mail should reach sales end by every day / Collect the LR from transporter and give to sales team and customer / Daily report preparation

Maintaining the all the admin work / Internet issue / Printer accessories / Drum seal arrangement / sample bottle arrangement all other warehouse procurement arrangement

Tanker unloading process take care as per SOP / Tanker receiving give to after unloading / PPE Kit maintained / Rinsing planning / Tanker shortage Rinsing issue follow up / Raise the invoice FIFO
