Job Summary: The Business/Operational Excellence role focuses on driving continuous improvement across all manufacturing plants and the head office. You will lead initiatives such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and process optimization, ensuring the highest levels of operational efficiency and excellence. This role is instrumental in identifying improvement opportunities and implementing Six Sigma, Lean, and other methodologies to meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Excellence (ME) Coordination: • Ensure TPM levels are sustained and improved across all plants. • Lead audits, pillar reviews, competitions, and provide necessary training to elevate TPM standards. • Guide Manufacturing Excellence Coordinators at plants to meet and exceed performance targets. • Execute regular assessments (AET) to ensure adherence to ME processes and support the implementation of improvement actions.

Continuous Improvement Projects: • Identify and drive improvement projects using Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Lean, and other methodologies to meet annual business goals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and performance targets. • Facilitate regular reviews of ongoing projects and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Cross-Functional Excellence: • Lead initiatives like Kaizen workshops and Office TPM across functions. • Actively identify bottlenecks and pain points in processes, providing strategic support and solutions using process excellence methodologies. • Train and mentor Business Excellence Champions to drive improvements in their respective departments.

Reporting & Leadership: • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, outlining progress in manufacturing excellence and business improvement initiatives.
