Executive, Operational Excellence, APAC (12-Month)

该职位来源于猎聘 Role Type 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract I. Responsibilities  Standardization and optimize operation procedure;  Monitor data quality in CW system;  Standardize customer SOP by the information provided by account owner, and delivery training to operation team;

 Prepare monthly operational KPI, and perform KPI review with respective team;

 Prepare monthly flash report;

 Supplier management;

 Trouble shooting for CW;

 CW training for newcomers or exciting staff.

 Undertake any other duty deemed reasonable by your manager II. Education and Experience requirements  Bachelor’s degree above.  Prior experience in the container shipping, logistics, or maritime industry is a plus  Minimum 6 years relevant international freight forwarding or logistics experience.

 Experience in a regional role preferred. III. Job Skills and Competencies for this position  Experience with the Cargowise application, with expertise in Document and Reports Customization  Strong knowledge of the Cargowise database structures and relationships.  Cargowise Certifications is a plus.  Have the initiative to tackle the issues, fix problems and optimize process;

 Good analytical and communication skills;

 Can work under pressure;  Strong written communication skill in English
