Executive - Operational Risk (Field Auditor)

• Assist with stores and warehouse stocktake and ensure completion of all stocktake investigations are on the same day.
• Conduct stores surprise audit accordance with the QSC and ZTC checklists at least one store per day.
• Brief the audit findings during exit meetings with store manager/PIC.
• Draft, finalize and share the audit findings and reports with management.
• Conduct in-store surprise cash count and warehouse delivery check as well as handle ad-hoc request from HQ to ensure the store is 100% compliance with the store policy.
• Conduct case investigation on non-compliance case report to HQ for required action.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management that deemed relevant.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent qualification

• Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Basic knowledge in using Microsoft software (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)

• Knowledge in retail audits and stocktake

• Fast learner with good time management skill

• Able to work under tight deadlines with pressure

• Posses good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good team player

• Must possess own transport as travel is required

• Able to travel frequently including outstation
